I'm really looking to get back into Arma 3 on a primary basis, meaning playing some weekdays and most weekends. To get back into Arma 3 seriously, first, I want to belong to a community. I believe this community is filled with the right people that are willing to put their time and money in to make this a successful community. I am committed to making this great group of people a family, whether that means late nights staying up and working with other staff members, to just a few hours getting to know everyone in the community, I want to be a part of something great and help this little family thrive into popularity. I strongly believe I can help the community best while being a member of the staff team. Why Should we Trust you as a Staff Member? I believe I am a man of integrity which means to be true to yourself and your morals. I strongly believe that I could help this community, and would love to dedicate myself in any way so we can ensure it's at it's full potential. I also heavily believe I'm an extremely trustworthy person and would not hesitate to put the servers needs before the needs of my friends. What do you bring to the team?:Like i've state before, I'm extremely dedicated and don't like to leave anything half done. I believe that I am a kind person, willing to talk to anyone about anything and ready to support someone who needs my help (or I'll try anyway). I believe when situations require, I can also be tough and intimidating, willing to warn or punish players who don't follow server rules. I am convinced that these, coupled with the ability to adapt to many different situations, is the fundamentals of being a staff member. In my opinion a staff member should be someone who is kind and considerate but also someone who knows their job, which is to uphold the rules. I believe I have these traits and could be a very useful member of the staff team. Have you had any previous experience?
